Interview with Lori Ringhand, Professor of Law, University of Kentucky

Lori Ringhand, Professor of Law, University of Kentucky, evaluated all the decisions of the U. S. Supreme Court from 1995 thru 2004. The results: she found that the "conservative" judges were more judicially active than the liberal judges. The conservatives voted to overturn federal laws more often than the liberals. Interview with Mark Smith

Mark Smith has written a book called "Disrobed: The New Battle Plan to Break the Left’s Stranglehold on the Courts." Mark proudly declares that judges ought to be biased and ought to favor conservative positions. Mark apparently has not thought through this enough to realize that his proposal flies in the face to what our Constitution stands for. I can’t figure Mark out. He is one of the most misguided people that I have ever talked to.
