Bart Graham, Commissioner, Georgia Department of Revenue, tells us about his efforts to collect $1.6 billion in back taxes from Georgians. Appointed by Gov. Perdue, in the 4 years that he has been in charge Bart has re-organized the DOR and given it a chance to do its job: make those other people pay their taxes just like we do!!
