Interview with Dr. Henry Greenspan

Dr. Henry Greenspan, discusses FDA Immunity in Michigan. Dr. Greenspan is a lecturer in Social Science/Social Psychology and Social Ethics at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Dr. Greenspan explains that in Michigan the Republican controlled state government enacted legislation that prohibits citizens from suing drug manufacturers, even if they are admittedly negligent. It is a disgrace and conflicts with what Republican’s preach: responsibility. Apparently, that philosophy applies to people, but not to business.
