If I had told my mother that I was going to a “sleep center” she probably would have thought I needed to go to another center as well. When I grew up, if you could not sleep all night, you were guilty of something. Now, going to a sleep center for evaluation is getting to be pretty commonplace.

Not to be distracted, if you have problems sleeping, snoring or whatever, you may need to come in and put on the electrodes and let them record your vibes. More and more Americans don’t get enough sleep, resulting in lost productivity and more importantly, accidents, like in automobiles.
Do you have sleep apnea? Something as simple as a CPAP machine might fix you right up!
More and more employers are trying to identify these problems and get treatment for their employees.
