Stan Smith, Pharmacist, Baxley, Georgia tells us a horror tale of bureaucratic stupidity. Stan is having to pay the State of Georgia $150,000.00 (they wanted $400,000) because a part-time pharmacist he hired did his job and didn’t cheat anybody. It will make you MMMMMMAAAAAAAADDDDDDD!!!!!! Call someone at the Department of Community Health and give them an earful!

Jay Meadows, Pastor of the First Baptist Church in Baxley, tells us about "A Walk Through Bethlehem." This is not your normal manger scene. This is a small city which the church has built complete with Tax Collectors and Roman Guards. The church will be presenting the experience December 8, 9, and 10, 2006. No reservations necessary, just go to the church in Baxley between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. for a tour of Bethlehem and maybe a meeting with Jesus.
