Hello Mr. Smith,

First, I thank you for bringing this issue to the eyes of our public.

Second, you are absolutely correct in your assessment of the job performance of Cobb County's District Attorney,
Pat Head. Mr. Head DID NOT complete even the most basic of investigations. This is especially true when you consider the amount of time, which, he himself made available . . . 900 days!

Third, I am thankful that Mr. Leontovich had the personal strength, tenacity, and the best legal support available to fight these charges through to the end.

Finally, shame on Pat Head. He certainly could not survive in the teaching profession where professionals are held to much higher standards. I sincerely hope he is not reelected.
I also hope that Mr. Leontovich someday obtains restitution for the damage that was done to his life. If nothing else, we can all buy that book!

Hello Wilson,
I can understand the need to protect DA's from certain legal actions for doing their jobs, but this is ridicilous. Where is accountability for the damage caused to one's life when a DA simply doesn't do his job? He certainly had time to do diligence in this case considering the length of time before an indictment came down.
