Dr. Jeffery Segal, Executive Officer of Medical Justice, a company whose purpose is to prevent frivolous lawsuits. Sounds like a good idea and hard to argue against, but the way his company does it is a little suspect. They train doctors to require patients to sign agreements at the time they receive their medical care that make certain legal commitments in the event the patient ends up suing the doctor.
