Interview with Gary Black, Republican Candidate for State Agriculture

Gary is a graduate of the University of Georgia. He was previously employed by Georgia Farm Bureau where he started the Young Farmers to Washington Program. In 2003, Governor Sonny Perdue appointed Black to the Governor’s Rural Development Council. Prior to seeking the Agriculture Commissioner’s post, Gary was a lobbyist with the Georgia Agribusiness Council, Inc.
