Jim Marshall, is in his second term representing the 3rd District of Georgia in the U. S. House of Representatives. The 3rd District consists of 31 counties in Middle Georgia. He lives in Macon where he served as mayor from 1995 to 1999. Jim serves on the House Armed Services Committee and the Agriculture Committee. He is a member of the steering committee of the Rural Health Care Coalition. This is his second interview in which Jim discusses issues related to the Farm Bill which is pending before Congress and what it takes to make sure that America does not allow foreign interests to be in control of our food supply.
