Bill discusses the controversial Voter ID law passed by the 2005 legislature. The law has been attacked by AARP and other organizations in federal court and found unconstitutional. The lawsuit is still pending. The 2006 legislature is considering and has passed changes to the law in an attempt to fix the constitutional problems.
