Dr. Greenspan explains that in Michigan the Republican controlled state government enacted legislation that prohibits citizens from suing drug manufacturers, even if they are admittedly negligent. It is a disgrace and conflicts with what Republican’s preach: responsibility. Apparently, that philosophy applies to people, but not to business.
